The Rycote WS2 is part of the modular windshield range. It is slightly shorter and lighter than the WS4. It comfortably fits larger small diaphragm condensers such as the Sennheiser MKH50 and Shoeps CMC MK41 as well as short shotgun microphones such as the Schoeps CMIT and Sennheiser MKH416. For longer shotguns such as the Sennheiser MKH60, choose the Rycote WS4.
