The DPA 8011 is one of the best hydrophones ever. Phantom powered, it is capable of reproducing the smallest details as well as handling vast SPL. The capsule is specially designed to compensate for the acoustic environment underwater and offers over 100dB of dynamic range.
Please note that this is a laboratory grade instrument and as such is not suitable for use in conditions where it may get knocked or handled roughly. It is very easily damaged. We will need to see evidence of appropriate insurance before confirming rental of this item.
