This is one of our favourite recorders for pure ease of use, without compromising on those famous Sound Devices pre-amps. The MixPre 6 packs a whole load of features into one recorder – with 4 phantom powered inputs and an additional 2 line inputs, it can be used as your primary field recorder on smaller projects, as a back up recorder, an Ambisonics recorder, we’ve even used it in a live theatre show! It accepts timecode for synchronisation with cameras. Best combined with our Hawkwoods NP 70 batteries for the longest possible life. Supplied with a mixer bag and 16GB SD card.
